This is just a quick update on the current situation. Given the NFL season is long gone, NBA is on hold and MLB start postponed I decided to “hibernate” all the current subscriptions as of the 13th of March. You will not be charged the usual monthly subscription fee till that measure is lifted. The plan is to do it a couple of days before either MLB or NBA resume the season. At that time your subscription will resume with a state as it was on the 13th of March. So, if you had 20 more days in your billing period then, you will not be charged for another 20 days from the day we resume subscriptions.
The good news is that since December problems there were no real issues with the infrastructure and I am confident we are getting to the position to be able to open preview plans to the public.
Before that happens there will be a number of upgrades to features of the current preview plans so you will certainly get more bang for your buck. These will apply to the new as well as existing subscriptions. While the World deals with coronavirus, these changes, as well as opening subscriptions to the public, will not be rushed. Given the lack of MLB or NBA games and our “hibernation” of the current subscriptions, I’ll open public access to preview plans closer to the leagues resuming the play.
Stay healthy, take care and watch this space!
